Observed PIC does not have a CFPM. Provide this by the next routine inspection.
10 PF 6-301.11: Each HANDWASHING SINK or group of 2 adjacent HANDWASHING SINKS shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.
Observed there is no soap at hand sink in the employee restroom. Provide soap at this dispenser - (Correct By: May 4, 2025)
10 PF 6-301.12 (A-D): Each HANDWASHING SINK or group of adjacent HANDWASHING SINKS shall be provided with: (A) Individual, disposable towels; (B) A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; or (C) A heated-air hand drying device; or (D) A hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.
Observed no paper towels at hand sink in employee restroom. Provide paper towels at this hand sink. - (Correct By: May 4, 2025)
28 P 7-201.11: POISONOUS OR TOXIC MATERIALS shall be stored so they can not contaminate FOOD, EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS, LINENS, and SINGLE­ SERVICE and SINGLE-USE ARTICLES by: (A) Separating the POISONOUS OR TOXIC MATERIALS by spacing or partitioning; and (B) Locating the POISONOUS OR TOXIC MATERIALS in an area that is not above FOOD, EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS, LINENS, and SINGLE-SERVICE or SINGLE-USE ARTICLES. Observed there is no label on squeeze bottles in cooler . Provide label on all squeeze bottles.
39 C 3-305.11 (A) (B) (C): (A) Except as specified in ¶¶ (B) and (C) of this section, FOOD shall be protected from contamination by storing the FOOD: (1) In a clean, dry location; (2) Where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and (3) At least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor. (B) FOOD in packages and working containers may be stored less than 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor on case lot handling EQUIPMENT as specified under § 4-204.122. (C) Pressurized BEVERAGE containers, cased FOOD in waterproof containers such as bottles or cans, and milk containers in plastic crates may be stored on a floor that is clean and not exposed to floor moisture.
Observed no lid on garlic butter. Provide lid for this butter by the next routine inspection.
43 C 3-304.12 (A): During pauses in FOOD preparation or dispensing, FOOD preparation and dispensing UTENSILS shall be stored: (A) Except as specified under (B) of this section, in the FOOD with their handles above the top of the FOOD and the container.
Observed there is a handle in Parmesan cheese in the reach-in cooler. Provide handle upright by the next routine inspection.
51 P 5-205.15 (A): A PLUMBING SYSTEM shall be (A) Repaired according to LAW.
Observed the cold handle is not turning at all. Repair this handle so cold water is working at hand sink. - (Correct By: Apr 27, 2025)
54 C 5-502.11: REFUSE, recyclables, and returnables shall be removed from the PREMISES at a frequency that will minimize the development of objectionable odors and other conditions that attract or harbor insects and rodents.
1. Boxes are empty by back exit door. 2. Trash found around the dumpster. 3. Dumpster lid is open. Take all boxes and trash out and clean around dumpster and close dumpster lid. Will check by the next routine inspection.
55 C 6-501.12: (A)PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.(B)Except for cleaning that is necessary due to a spill or other accident, cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of FOOD is exposed such as after closing.
1. Floor and floor drain under the three compartment sink has debris on it. 2. Mop sink has debris in it. 3. Floor in broom closet has debris on it by mop sink. 4. Floor below prep tables has food debris on it. 5. Floor grout in the walk-in cooler has debris in it. 6. Floor under pizza oven has debris on it. 7. Ceiling vents above pizza prep tables have dust on them. Clean and maintain floors and ceiling before the next routine inspection.
